An audit tool for HubSpot partners.
HubScan is built for consultancies, not end customers. You license it, run it against a client portal read-only, and deliver the report under your own name. The tool stays with you; the client sees the evidence. We never run it for you or touch your clients' data; it runs entirely on your machine.
Why we built it
Every HubSpot portal quietly leaks money and trust: people on seats they don't need, records with no owner, workflows that stopped firing, admins who left a year ago. The findings are real, but pulling them together by hand is slow, and a hand-built spreadsheet is hard for a client to trust. HubScan turns that work into a calm, defensible report a budget owner can read and act on, with every number traceable back to an API call.
How it works, in one breath
HubScan is a tool, not a service that holds your clients' data. It runs read-only on your own machine, makes only the HubSpot calls needed to compute its findings, and writes a self-contained report you can email or print. It never writes back to the portal, and it keeps nothing on a central server.
Because a scan creates no new home for a client's data, it adds no new GDPR or security surface for you, or them, to defend.
Who's behind HubScan
HubScan is built on seven years working in HubSpot, as a consultant at a Diamond Solutions Partner and in-house, across more than twenty portals. It codifies the seat and hygiene audits we'd otherwise run by hand: the same judgement calls, now repeatable, defensible, and fast. You don't have to take our word for any finding: every number traces back to an API call you can check yourself.
